Vero Beach Grey Triangle

Vero Beach, Sept 21, 2006 I had just come outside to sit and look at the stars facing east, south east- no moon - very dark sky. I looked up almost directly above me, a bit south and I thought I saw something moving - I am always looking for the fast moving lights we see quite often down here .... I had to really focus and then I saw it - very dark in color - almost same as sky - triangular, about 6 what seemed to be extremely muted lights - which sort of blended with the stars brightness wise - lights along front two sides. Back was dark. Corners were rounded. It was moving slowly - maybe 25 mph - heading due south - totally, totally silent. It took me about 5 full seconds to realize what I was seeing - it was moving and I could not get inside the house fast enough to get my husband out as it would be gone. When it went out of view behind some trees down the horizon, I ran to get my husband who was out walking the dog. I shouted down the street "Did you see it? Did you see it?" But he did not. I kept looking in the direction it was heading but it was gone. I only have myself as a witness but I know what I saw. I cannot say the size as I really did not have perspective against the sky. It could have been really low and mid sized or higher up and huge.[CMS ]

Ocala Object

Ocala, Sept. 21, 2006  I just witnessed an object in the western sky which is flashing red, green and white light and seems to be moving erratically one moment then almost stationary. I'm a private pilot with almost 500hrs. of flight time and I can tell you this thing is not an airplane. Time observed 9:55pm

Bright Orb Videotaped in Delray Beach

Delray Beach, August 21, 2006 I was filming a thunderstorm looking for funnel clouds and the sky was dark and had a green tint to it. The object is on the right and when I zoomed in on the clouds you can see it. The wind blows the palm clear and then it gets bright for a second. Remember I didn't see this I was filming this storm or I would have kept the camera on the object.

Object Changes Shape

Orlando August 28, 2006 – I don't know what's going on with Monday nights here, but I saw something else on August 28, 2006, at 7:25 PM. It was different and flying higher circling the neighborhood. This one had red lights that actually circled one portion of the aircraft. There were three lights, I could see, on one side, and they would chase. There would be a bright red blink, and then three red lights in a row, did a little 'chasey' thing. Plus, it had a bunch of other lights, and two rows underneath of that dome thing, but it wasn't a dome, like the one before was. It was just long rectangular lit up places.

It didn't seem to have a front and changed shape and kept cruising, slower than a plane. I could see that it was turning, and at first, this light on what appeared to be the front, was going in the same direction. Then as it was halfway through its U turn and coming towards me it sounded like a jet but different, there was another humming. The lights were moving around, in a different direction than the turn. It also had a search light with a beam, but no green or blue lights. The lights dimmed in a hurry and it changed course. It changed from a long oval shape to more of a big ball. Two Bright Powerful Beams of Light

Miami July 28, 2006- I went out to my backyard pool area that Friday night on August 28, 2006, at 10:07 PM, to watch the approaching air traffic. I like to identify the airplanes such as 737's, or 747's. In the sky I saw two bright round powerful beams of light, as if they were on approach to the Miami International Airport. I observed closely to identify and realized I could not see any red, white, navigation lights whatsoever and made no sound. It just glided effortlessly on the same path used by airplanes but they always make sound, except this one.

Flashing Strobe-Like Lights

Clearwater Sept 1, 2009. "Watching the night sky I see these strobe like lights, several clustered together flashing 3 or 4 times per second. They are jumping around in different directions and all the while moving in a NEE pattern. I see this quite regularly here in South Florida. Sometimes they "follow" a plane. Bright Searchlight Maneuvers

Orlando August 23, 2006   Orlando International Airport -- On August 23, 2006, at 12:47 AM, I was just outside and saw this big bright light over the trees, to the north. I have 20/13 vision, but also have an astigmatism, so all I could see was this moving light coming up over the trees. It was far too high up for a helicopter with a search light. It was moving around searching for something. As it came closer I could see its shape. The rear section was also lit and seemed to have bars or something over it, criss- crossed, like two by twos across each other. The body was wide, and the wings, if there were wings, were short, and kind of knobby. Too short to be jet wings.

The bright searchlight was turned off and all of a sudden it conducted hard maneuvers, turning back and forth, mostly going straight, but just doing this weird maneuver. The wing was small, and the body of the thing was seriously wide and the whole dome was lit up. The bottom had criss-cross bars. Later, it came back making the same maneuvers. This time, it had the spotlight on coming from the northeast, from low, and going higher, and then circling around a bit and then heading due north. I could hear a quiet engine. Dark "Slash Near Pensacola"

June 15, 2006 It was mid-day and I was standing in my backyard when I noticed a dark slash in the sky. The sky was cloudless but the haze left it looking more white than blue. Recently I emailed a photo of it to pilot friend of mine who is a UFO buff and he said I should send a copy to MUFON. He thought, as did I, that the form was too smooth and perfect to be a natural occurrence. I watched it for a short while and it never moved or changed. When I came back later it was gone from sight. I used a 5MP Kodak camera for the photo. The picture I'm sending has been blown up and had the contrast adjusted so you can see the object. If you'd like I can send the raw photo (if you need it) for analysis. The trees in the photo are about 140 feet from my position and I'd estimate they are 30-40 feet tall. The object was south-south west of me and would appear to be over the Gulf of Mexico. I live just west of Pensacola NAS

Delray Beach August 5, 2006 About 4:43 PM on Saturday Aug 5th 2006 in Delray Beach sitting at a traffic light at Military Trail just leaving Las Verde’s condos I looked to my north and saw these objects in the sky moving to the west at about 20MPH. I watched the objects for 2 and half minutes and when they got to my 9:00 position they just simply vanished or blended into the blue sky. The objects were, I'm guessing ,1 mile up in the sky about and looked like they would have been over Atlantic Ave. They were white fuzzy and a disc shape and moved not in a straight line but more like a floating pattern. There were two cars at the traffic behind me and the older couple saw me point at them and got out to look as well. The second car was a younger couple and they sped spinning the wheels in the other direction as I think they got scared.  The discs were totally silent.

Black Circular Object Over Tampa

Tampa, FL July 15, 2006 About 5:15 PM, my girlfriend and I were on her back patio when she noticed a black circular object and pointed it out to me saying "What is that?" The object appeared to be very high in altitude and was traveling north fairly slow. We both watched it for about five minutes as it got closer until it finally was over her roof and we lost sight of it. She lives in a very populated part of Tampa, Florida and there is a lot of airplane traffic around her place. However, as we both watched, I said there is no way that is a plane or a helicopter it was just a black circular object. About 10 minutes later we went outside and saw a real plane. Seeing a real plane fly over definitely made me believe the object we saw was NOT an ordinary aircraft. I am a 28 year old Art Director and my girlfriend is a 25 year old insurance agent. Objects Sighted 5th Consecutive Night Over Delray

Delray Beach, FL, July 17, 2006. The second sighting was at 1:07AM and this would be the 17th of July. I was just about ready to call it a night and I saw a object streak to the east so I moved the camera to the east about 3 mins later I heard a very strange low humming noise like an electrical noise or the hum of a generator coming from the sky above me and you can hear it in the video but at first I didn't see anything then from behind a cloud something was moving to the west. I aimed the camcorder up and tried to zoom in on it and I got to tell you it’s very difficult to clearly film something when it’s moving and you are zoomed in on it. I just viewed the film and most of it is blurry due to the constant moving to keep the object in view.This object was lit up. Its kind of long like a cigar shape and it was moving to the right in the pictures. I thought it was a triangle at first but after reviewing the object on Digital Video I think it was cigar shape. No blinking lights on it at all. [Analysis of videos was unable to determine anything unusual.]

UFO Blinks Out

Ft. Lauderdale,FL July 7, 2006 2:00 PM I admit the possibility that I viewed an airliner, at low altitude, as it disappeared into a cloud bank on July 7, 2006. This said, I am a high time pilot. I am familiar with illusions of flight and I found everything about this viewing experience as odd! I was turning onto a heavily trafficked road heading west. As I turned right, at a four way intersection, a bright reflection caught my attention off to my left. The object was likely 1 mile distant, to the south, at an altitude of around 4,000 feet. I think it was heading west. I thought the object was unusually bright, even compared to an airliner with a completely unpainted surface; the light was sparkling.

I also had difficulty focusing on the craft as I tried to determine what was so peculiar about what I was seeing. I kept an eye on the craft for about 10 seconds. I was so momentarily distracted, because of the traffic, that when I looked back within seconds the craft disappeared. It didn't appear to be traveling at a speed that would have hidden it in a cloud bank at the moment that I was distracted. It was as if it blinked out of view! Another oddity was that its relationship to the local airport was not consistent with normal arriving and departing flights. It was too large to be an over flight. It was the size of the craft that made me think airliner, but all other indications seemed other than an airliner.I continued looking back in the direction of the craft for a considerable amount of time without a recurring sighting.[From MUFON CMS files.  Investigation Begun]

Triangle with Red Lights Near Orlando

Orlando, FL July 4, 2006 On July 4, 2006, ten miles east of Orlando, Florida, at approximately 10:30 p.m., an incredibly large, triangular object flew overhead. It was totally silent, and it's dimensions were estimated by very faint red lights (guess 8 to 12) that I suspect were at the edges of the object. Those lights were in the shape of a triangle. The object had to be solid as the stars above disappeared as it flew by. If it were the size of a large commercial jet aircraft, it would have been approximately 500 to 700 feet above ground level and it's speed would have been approximately 150 to 250 miles per hour. The direction of flight was south. It was not a commercial aircraft. My initial reaction was to point to several people that there was a flying wing above us. In their exuberation for the celebrations, they failed to look in time to see it. [Investigation in progress]

Red Object in Ft. Myers

Ft. Myers, FL May 30, 2006.  A MUFON Florida Field Investigator was vacationing in Ft. Myers.   While he was relaxing in the room of  his Timeshare at 4:15 P.M. he saw a red light come briefly to his window and then move away.  He called another person to see it, but by the time she arrived, the light had gone. 

He also reported that in Tamarac in March of 2006 he saw two lights which moved toward the south, then merged and disappeared. 

Three Yellow Lights Over Gulf of Mexico

Destin, FL May 1, 2006 My wife was sitting on the porch of our condo relaxing on a mild, half-moon clear night. Our condo faces the Gulf of Mexico with an unrestricted view of the Gulf, and she noticed three, marble size yellow lights just above the horizion. She knew they were not lights from a water craft, an airplane or ballons. The moon was illuminating the surface and nothing solid could be seen. My wife is a nurse, and was a captain in the United States Air Force for 8 years specializing in aerospace medicine. She owns her own company that investigates medical fraud. The three yellow lights were aligned in a east to west angle upwards, with the bottom light about 5 degrees above the horizion with even spacing between each light (about 1 degree seperation). The lights were stationary for about 2 minutes then suddenly were not there anymore. The lights did not fly away, they just were not there anymore. (I was in the underground parking at the time of the sighting washing our golf clubs.) My wife watched the lights for about 2 minutes until they vanished suddenly. Being a trained professional nurse and former military officer, she remained calm during this time frame. She informed me of what she had witnessed and I write down the details. I was in the underground parking for about 15 minutes. Inside the condo were two of my digital cameras and a digital DVD camera but she did not know how to operate these devices. Port St. Lucie, Lighted, Hazy Object

Port St. Lucie, March 12, 2006 I stepped outside my house in Port St. Lucie, FL about 9 pm Sunday, March 12th, 2006 to go to the store and noticed a lighted but hazy object with a blinking light on top. It did not have the shape or movements of a fixed-wing or helicopter so that made me notice it. (I was in the Air Force and have seen many planes.) Hard to tell the size and distance but apparently it was several hundred feet off the ground. It came from the east and seemed to lose some altitude before levelling off. It then flew north. I paralled it's course in my car but it was over an area west of the town, over farms I believe, and I couldn't get close. I thought it could have been a blimp but they don't usually fly at night around here and they are based south of here. I also don't see why it would fly over an unpopulated area of the county since blimps are mainly used for advertising. Boca Raton might be the closest airship base. I couldn't really see if it was blimp-shaped. Blimps usually have moving lights along the sides to advertise something. The lights on this seemed to be steady except for the one on top. All the lighting on it seemed to be white including the blinking light on top. Many other drivers were on the road and could have seen it. It kept flying north till I lost sight of it. If it was the size of a blimp then it could have been moving at about 50 or more mph. I was somewhat excited when chasing it in my car, thinking that I may be witnessing something special but also aware that it's more than likely terrestial such as a blimp. There were several hot air ballons flying around here this morning but I don't believe they would fly at night and are therefore not lighted. UFO Spies on House in Pensacola

Pensacola, April 15, 2006 11:00 PM Outside walking dogs around house.   I felt as if someone were watching me and what I was doing ( For two minutes I looked around, to see if it was my neighbors or a cat. Eventually I looked to the sky... nothing North... West... South... then I turned around sharply, I laid eyes directly East, on a cloud. The following happened intensely fast. I noticed something in the split second I had turned, I thought it was a Star for a moment. I saw a bright circular object, it was pure white, maybe a hint of orange. My mind did not have enough time to register exact colors, and/or any other lights on it. Then this object, less than a moment after I saw it, accelerated South, through a cloud, and on up into the atmosphere. It left a wake in the cloud. In about two seconds this object traveled from Western Zenith (directly behind and above me, approximately 5,000 feet above me) to the southern horizon.  Judging by the distances guessed by the cloud base, I estimate the object to be half the size of a Boeing 747 liner. My first reaction was the fact that I had seen another UFO (this is the 3rd in my area, each was different from the last, some time between them), then my second reaction was... I was being watched. I panicked, ran inside. I did not want to stand out in the open night air. Later I exited the safety of my home armed with my Glock. Nothing appeared this time. I refuse to leave my house at night without being armed now. Not after being spied on by a craft...

Port Orange Metallic Barrel

Port Orange, June 1, 1988  I WAS A FRAMING SUB CONTRACTOR BUILDING A HOUSE IN A PLACE CALLED SPRUCE CREEK FLY-IN. I HAD NINE GUYS WORKING FOR ME AND THE PRIME CONTRACTOR WAS WALKING UP TO THE HOUSE WITH THE REST OF US, GETTING BACK FROM LUNCH. JUST BEFORE WE ENTERED THE FRONT DOOR, I POINTED TO AN OBJECT AND ASKED EVERY ONE, STOP! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT! I ADMIRE AIRCRAFT AND KNOW THE MECHANICS IT TAKES TO FLY. THIS WASN'T NORMAL. IT WAS DEAD STILL, METAL, SHINING AS IF HOT, ABOUT 500' UP AND 300' OVER, IT WAS ABOUT 10 DEGREES OUT OF PLUMB. NO SURFACE DETAILS,ON THRUST TRAIL,ON LIGHTS,JUST HANGING THERE!A CYLINDER ABOUT 40' WIDE AND 80'TALL.I ASKED EVERY ONE IF THEY EVEN SEE SOMETHING AT ALL. THEY ALL SAID YA!  I ASKED EACH ONE AT A TIME,WHAT IS IT?  I DON'T KNOW THEY SAID. FROM LABORER TO THE PRIME CONTRACTOR, NO EXPLANATIONS. WE WATCHED IT FOR ABOUT THREE MINUTES AND EVERY ONE ELSE LOST INTEREST AND WENT TO WORK, I LAID DOWN ON A STACK OF PLYWOOD AND WATCHED IT FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES LONGER, BUT THERE WAS ON CHANGE. EVENTUALLY, I WENT BACK TO WORK. 5 MINUTES LATER I CHECKED ON THE OBJECT AND IT WAS GONE. I SHOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN UP. EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE I SEE THOSE GUYS AND QUIETLY ASK, REMEMBER! THEY CAN'T DENY IT. I HADN'T THOUGHT MUCH ABOUT IT LATELY, BEING BUSY WITH WORK AND EVERY THING. (UNTIL)! I WAS WATCHING T.V. AND THERE IT WAS ON A U.F.O. SHOW. THE FLYING BARREL P.S. Ft. Lauderdale Orange Lights

Ft. Lauderdale March 17, 2004. 1:30 A.M.We were looking east across the ocean, talking and thinking, and that's when a single, orange light caught my eye in the distance. I asked my girl friend ,"Is that a light house of some kind?" But it did not move at all like one would. She looked and we stared at it, and she wondered as well. It appeared to be off the coast about 3 miles, maybe less, maybe more, but from projection, about 500' to 1000' off the surface, perfectly static in station. We watched for a good ten minutes when a spot light projected across the water. . It moved slowly and quietly towards us and to the south of us and then just went blank. We looked at each other and laughed, almost dismissing it, until she looked north along the beach and we saw 5, yes five more of them just hanging there, north, off the ocean coast.   They too hung there, quiet, motionless, however, none showed direct light, only an ambient glow. 3 faded out!!! Just there, then gone, and then approximately a mile or less away, one appeared and then the other. No speed, no streaks, just there one moment and then gone.  In 10 minutes they were all gone...no flashing lights; no tail rudder lights and no sounds. They were just there and then nothing. We spent the next 45 minutes in travel.  [MUFON CMS Files.   MUFON investigator Alex Lugones feels that the amber lights might have been a large boat leaving an off-shore oil rig or cruise ship. It is known that oil rigs have massive amber lights on them and have large flames/emission that appear as giant glowing balls in the distance.]

Winter Haven Crescent

Winter Haven March 6, 2006 An irrigation technician went into work around 5:45 AM, and saw a crescent shaped object, a faint crescent light that was not bright but like a reflection from the street lights. It was reflecting off the bottom of a clear circular object like the candy Mentos, but thinner shaped. It was quite large and heading north very fast roughly about a mile away and possibly a few hundred feet high. Placida Cigar over Trees

Placida, FL Feb 15, 2006 Remote area of South Gulf Cove Preserve Placida Florida. My wife and myself were walking our dog. Very clear day, many hawks circling drew my eye to the cigar shaped UFO over the trees (trees approximately 1/2 mile away). The UFO was tilted very slightly left end higher. It had round ends and no visible tail or wings. Same thickness from end to end. I had no idea what is was. The sun glinted off it. I watched it because it seemed to be at a banking angle but was not moving. I called my wife's attention to it. She sighted it as it moved very quickly left to right and was obscured by a tree in the distance. We ran up the road to see more. I saw it briefly and turned to my wife to see if she could see it. She stated that it had just took off at a very very fast rate towards the South East. I did not see this exit. After, I saw a small aircraft in the same vicinity and it it was easily discernable as a small aircraft. I tried to convince myself that what I had seen was a plane, but the more I thought about it, the more I could not convince myself.

Orange Ball of Light

Weston  March 1, 2006 At 7:07 PM, I was upstairs looking out my second story window on a very clear and crisp night and in the distance I saw an orange ball of light that was slowly moving toward my direction. I watched and waited for it to get close enough so I could identify it. After only a few moments, it was close enough to see that it had no structure and was just a solid ball of "self contained" orange light. It didn't glow or shine, it just was a solid color. It then came to a stop and was motionless in the sky. Then, a normal plane aircraft caught my attention and was coming into view from the left. The aircraft looked as if it was going directly toward the UFO. The second it looked like it was going to cross the UFO, the UFO suddenly "blinked out". I was in total shock! Panama City Strange Craft Chased by Fighter Jets

Panama City, February 8, 2006 It was a crystal clear night and I stepped outside to have a cigarette at 7:22 PM, and looked up when I heard jets from Tyndall Air Force Base. At first, I saw three fighters and a strange craft that was lit up all over with yellowish lights. One of the fighters was within five hundred feet of it and the other two were about two miles behind in hot pursuit. The large yellow craft peeled off and was out of sight in a matter of seconds, however the fighters did not follow but they did kick on their afterburners until I couldn't see them anymore, even with binoculars. I called my girlfriend outside to see, and she saw something move very quickly across the sky in a second that definitely freaked her out. As I continued to watch the jets and afterburners, I caught something by pure chance moving at a high rate of speed. I thought it was a dim star, but it was moving extremely fast coming from the direction the jets were heading. At this point, the base came alive and more jets were launched. Boca Tumbling Metal Object

BOCA RATON Jan. 3, 2006 --My roommate and I were working on his car, and he was under the dash when I saw a big bird flying. I'm a bird watcher and at first thought this was a large bird flapping its wings one or two times a second (unusual for a big bird). As it passed overhead, it became clear it was not organic in nature. The impression of wing-flapping seemed to be caused by parts coming into and out of sunlight. The object was moving directly west to east and as it passed by, I had the impression that it could be a smallish jet that was tumbling end over end, although it neither gained nor lost altitude, nor changed speed.
I called my roommate at some point to take a look, and he first said "bird" then "kite" then ruled both of those out. I watched until it passed out of sight a couple miles away. . The object was very hard to focus on, even though I have pretty good vision. and found it difficult to watch more than a few seconds at a time. [MUFON CMS]

Crawfordville Oval

Crawfordville, Dec 13, 2005 – The witness while driving home reports seeing a long object full of light between the trees on December 13, 2005, at 8 PM. When we cleared  the trees for a moment my brother-in-law and I saw a long shaped object that was full of a yellow light. It was big and brighter than an airplane fully lit up. Orlando,  Nov. 26, 2005 – The witness saw three objects moving at high speed on November 26, 2005, at 6:30 PM. They were observed to criss-cross and move at high speed. He is close to both Orlando Airport and Orlando Executive Airport, but these were not planes. There was a low ceiling, and they disappeared from site, possibly going into clouds? Orange Colored Star in Dublin

December 1, 2005 – The witness was traveling home from work traveling west on US 80 at 9:30 PM, on December 1, 2005, when he noticed an orange colored star that seemed unusually bright. It did not blink like an airplane and there were no other colored lights. I watched it for a while and it seemed to move laterally a bit, which I dismissed as my movement around curves. I began to mark the star in relationship to the trees that lined the road. The object clearly was moving laterally as well as vertically. I observed the movement for about a minute or so. Three Balloon-Like Objects in Weston

November 24, 2005 " My10-year-old daughter and I were passing football in the back yard. Daughter, looking west toward the Everglades, said, "Dad look, someone lost their balloon." I turned to see three, what at first looked like balloons, traveling north at about 40 degrees above the horizon. Within seconds I could see that two of the objects were moving side-by-side, but the third was moving around in an "S" pattern below the other two, occasionally moving above and to the sides of the others. The balloon idea left my head when I realized that the air was nearly still and what wind there was from coming from the North. So the "balloons" were going against the wind and now were speeding up. The objects were black and since the available light was fading, so too were the objects as they moved further north. Much to our surprise, the bottom object suddenly began to glow. Ten seconds or so later we lost sight of all three. Best size estimate, and only a guess..All three were possibly 20 feet in diameter." One of the objects seemed to sparkle, then to dim, and then to sparkle again. the daughter said that the "shock" (spark) was bright yellow. Since sundown was at 5:30, it is doubtful that the sun would have reflected from a shiny surface at 1500 ft.  The father estimated their speed at 80 to 90 MPH. Stacked Lights in Northport, FL Morph into Ball

November 14, 2005 My friend and I were driving from a high school play/performance to go home;  we noticed what looked like lights on a radio tower only they were brighter, and appeared to be moving at the same rate we were along the roadside above the tree line at about 300 feet. I asked my friend if he saw what I saw and he too confirmed that it was really happening before our eyes. There were three vertical white/amber-ish lights with a weird cloud like fog or glow below them. They were moving a bit faster than we were at about 35 m.p.h. or so until we came to a stoplight. The three lights begin to morph or compress into two lights then one light, still with this weird foggy glow below them. The glow was constant until the three lights became one light then the glow surrounded the light and faded away. The center light became very small and looked exactly like a star and it stopped moving. We commented on how clever this seemed because it truly modeled itself to blend right in with the other stars in the sky. We kept our eyes on it, exhilarated at what we both were witnessing together. Just then a much bigger glow appeared around the star and a much bigger elliptical 45 degree angle glow also faded into view.  It was HUGE; it took up our entire field of view through the front windshield. The glows all appeared to me like an aurora borealis kind of plasma energy, it took on a slightly bluish tint. Our light signal turned green and we turn left heading East on Sumpter Rd.. Then the star became much brighter and began to expand and split just like a cell does when it grows under a microscope. It split into two symmetrical distinct balls of light with these outer ring glows; we were really getting excited about what we are witnessing and I pulled the car over to get a better look, Just as we slowed to a stop, the glows and lights expanded at the same rate a firework display does, only it stayed perfectly symmetrical in its expansion. Delray Beach Three Lights in Triangular Shape

November 11, 2005, 7:00 P.M. I was at home in CO. talking on the phone with my daughter who lives in Delray Beach Florida. She was sitting outside looking up into the sky as we often "moon-watch" together from our different locations....she exclaimed to me as she saw 3 lights in a triangular shape move across the darkness and vanish into a thick cloud. That's about it -she was amazed and was glad I was on the phone with her at the time! I wish I had been there to witness this, too! She was less than 1 mile west of the beach, on Atlantic Ave. [MUFON CMS, Investigator MMZ]

Navarre Five Hovering Lights

NAVARRE  November 7, 2005,  6:25P.M.  I was sitting on my friends porch when out of the corner of my eye I saw five bright white lights to the northeast that hovered in formation for about five minutes, then slowly faded away. When the lights were spotted, I called another friend who was at his house, and he happened to have a camera to capture some of it on tape.

Two UFOs Near Bok Tower

BOK TOWER GARDENS  Sept. 11, 2005– Two witnesses at Noon 50 Miles East of Tampa report, “We recently returned from vacation and took many pictures of the tower and noticed a triangular shaped object to the left of the tower. It is yellow and appears to have a red line running through it. There is also an object near the triangle, but we can't make that out. The odd thing is that we took two pictures of the tower and this object appears on the second picture only. We didn't notice any object at the time and there was no wind.

Investigator's Notes: A high resolution scan reveals that one object is triangular shaped with a red circle in the middle. The other object also appears to be a triangle from a different angle. I don't believe that the objects are birds, kites, balloons, etc. The witnesses sent me a print of a photo taken right before the above photo. No anomalies are seen in that photo. Therefore the anomalies are unlikely to be due to any debris on the lens of the camera. He used a Nikon F55 camera with a Nikon 70-300 mm lens to take the photos. Mystery Fireball over Fort Pierce

Sept 20, 2005 "Dozens of people from Jacksonville (population 735,617) to Fort Pierce (population 37,516) flooded the U.S. Coast Guard late Tuesday,"
September 20, 2005, "with calls about a mysterious ball of fire seen flying in the sky," according to the newspaper Florida Today.

"'Starting at about 7:30 last night, we started receiving calls here in the newsroom,' Florida Today Online news editor Dave Larimer said, 'In fact, the Coast
Guard station at Port Canaveral got more than two dozen reports from people seeing a bright light in the sky over the (Atlantic) ocean.'"

 "From Fort Pierce to about 5 miles (8 kilometers) south of Jacksonville, reports came in to Coast Guard offices starting at about 7:30 p.m., a Coast Guard petty
officer in Port Canaveral said." Petty Officer Yates "said callers to the Coast Guard station said a boater might have been in trouble. 'A lot of people thought it might
have been a flare that might have gone up,' Yates said of other callers." "'One person thought the fireball went into the ocean,' Larimer said.""'The Coast Guard said
it probably didn't and was just his perspective. We know it was not a rocket launch, and we know the Air Force was not doing anything.'" "Experts said it could be
a piece of space junk or a large meteor burning up in the atmosphere." "The Coast Guard station near Jacksonville also received calls."

Gainesville Triangle

GAINESVILLE --  A slow moving low flying black triangle was spotted with dim star-like lights October 20, 2005, at 8:14 PM. I stepped out of my apartment and a movement overhead caught my eye. It was very slow moving and either very low overhead or absolutely enormous. At first when I recognized the dark triangular shape I thought perhaps it was a stealth bomber, but it was too low and flying too slowly and did not make a sound. The moon was just rising as sunset was only about an hour prior to the event. They seem to fly only at night. The object was barely noticeable, except for dim lights around its edges, it was roughly as bright as the dimmest stars. It distorted the background sky to conceal itself. It flew due east and I chased it as best I could in my car and almost had an accident. Huge Boomerang Craft

PORT RICHEY -- On September 28, 2005, at 5:52 PM, I saw a huge craft flying quickly, with a distinct boomerang shape. Keep in mind what I saw broke out of the dimension of space itself, was red only to the fact that the red part of the UFO was like an outlined cartoon drawing, drawn with a red marking pen. The boomerang moved just like a boomerang would be thrown in a cartoon drawing. It was flat, with no dimension to it. I thought, a flying red tiger. So what did I see? Does it matter. Not really! My self I am just an average person with a penchant for Jesus, and his Father God Almighty! I have been seeing the "lights in the sky" since age 8. I see these "objects" around us almost daily. Palm Beach Couple Sees Bright Object

April 20, 2005 From their bedroom the wife saw something bright that moved quickly away. The husband saw something glowing himself about 20 minutes later-- a bright light also moving away quickly from Southeast to Southwest.  He said that it could be covered by a quarter at arm's length.

Clearwater Star Shoots Downward

PALM HARBOR, CLEARWATER, July 13, 2005 – The witness was floating around his pool on a raft staring into the sky. "At around 12:15 AM, I noticed a 'star' I thought was different. Five minutes later, after looking around the sky, I turned my head back to check on the "planet star" and it shot off in a direct angle downward, and disappeared. This immediately made me jump up, and lose my raft. After looking around in desperation to find where it had gone, and also to make sure I was just seeing things, I saw a light in a spot in the sky where I hadn't remembered seeing one. It was the exact same size and brightness, and color (white light gleaming with a slight green). When I got out of the pool to look at it, it was gone and I could not see it at all in the sky. Florida Teardrop Sighted in Panhandle

OKALOOSA ISLAND, June 19, 2005 -- Witnesses saw what appeared to look like a "teardrop" at 12:50 PM, on June 19, 2005.One reported that a loud boom was heard, like an explosion while walking on a beach. Fifteen minutes later, while driving west, they saw the teardrop object leaving a trail of smoke or fire in red that might have been caused by the sunset. One witness called home and asked a family member to go outside and two other witnesses saw streaks heading west in the sky. They estimate their altitude was 15-20 thousand feet.

One witness reported the original object was not moving, but when they reached their home, the object look like it dived and disappeared or had just shrunk. Two family members saw the other two streaks and one disappeared and another one appeared south of it. Coral Springs Dancing Circles

CORAL SPRINGS May 25, 2005 – Two friends were on the patio when they noticed two bright lights dancing in the sky at around 10:15 PM, on May 25, 2005. My roommate was on the patio investigating a cat fight when she called me out to check on it also. As I was looking at the cats, she noticed two bright whitish circles dancing back and forth. She got my attention to look up as well, to make sure that what she was seeing was real. As I looked up, I spotted them immediately as well. We asked each other what it may be? Both of us being in the airline business, we both knew that they were not any type of airplanes, helicopters, or weather balloons of any kind.

We watched as they danced around and then moved south for a short period of time. Then, they proceeded to head west finally disappearing into the night. As they moved south and then west, they were still "dancing" with one another. Kind of like they were playing with one another. Black Diamond at Ormond Beach

ORMOND BEACH – A black three dimensional diamond shaped object was spotted which remained perfectly still for an hour starting at 6:30 AM, on May 23, 2005 and exhibited a faint orange glow around it. Looking east over the Atlantic Ocean, the witness observed a three-dimensional diamond shaped object that looked similar to a lantern. The object was black in color and remained perfectly still in the sky. When the sun came up completely, the object then appeared to have a faint orange circular glow around it that was not visible prior, or in the picture I took. I was unable to observe it for longer than an hour. However it was still there when I left my house. When I returned home in the afternoon, it was not longer there.

St. Petersburg Floating Grey Circle

ST. PETERSBURG -- At 9:26 PM, I was heading to my car to take my grandfather home on May 27, 2005, and looked up to look at the Big Dipper and noticed    gray circle floating in the sky. Night Saucer Sighted in Satellite Beach

SATELLITE BEACH  JUNE 1, 2005 . Marge Northdurft reported, "I was walking my dogs" in her hometown of Satellite Beach, Florida (population 9,577). I'm not sure if it was midnight or just after. I was quite startled when, in an instant, which couldn't have been any longer than a second, I saw an object far above the rooftop of my neighbor's house. It was like a flash-- it happened so fast. The object was very large, at least 40 feet (12 meters) long, and it seemed slightly oval-shaped and illuminated with a rosy color. There was no sound and no obvious lights. I also saw at least two, or possibly more, very dark, blackish doorways or motifs in a rectangular shape. Inside of these were large, narrow, horizontal windows, which seemed to be clear. But I saw no movement inside. I could not see the top or bottom of the object, just the side facing me. I have no idea how it arrived, and it did not fly away--it just vanished. I haven't seen a UFO for over twenty years and, with it being so close, I'm very concerned. The dogs didn't seem to be bothered by it. They didn't even bark. I'm wondering if it's always there, and I just haven't been able to see it before. I find it very mysterious how it appeared and vanished so quickly. When I had my first UFO sighting, I was living in Missouri. It was an illuminated triangular-shaped object, which was hovering high in the sky over a cloverleaf shopping area. My son was in the car with me, and he also saw it. Within seconds, the object shot out two beams of light and moved straight up out of sight." Flashing Lights Around Moon Pompano Beach

POMPANO BEACH  April 11, 2005– On a perfectly clear night April 11, 2005, at 10 PM, the moon was fully illuminated with a very bright crescent. The sun light that was hitting the moon allowed me to see the entire moon’s shape in the northwest horizon. On the north side of the moon I could see 4-5 very faint lights that appeared to flash, move erratically and change color. My vision is excellent and I'm not sure if this was an atmospheric phenomenon but I would guess anyone staring at the moon tonight would easily see what I saw. Orange Lights Change Shape--Three Sightings

GREENACRES CITY, FL. April 29, 2005 8:50 P.M. " I was outside on my patio last night when I saw a large, bright-orange light approaching from the north.The light was solid orange, not blinking, as bright as a street light. I watched it approach for about 20 seconds, and then it "changed" into three smaller orange lights which turned east, flying in a triangular formation.  I thought I was seeing one of the famed black triangles at first, but then the bottom left light faded/burned out just like a flare or firework; it even left a short trail in the sky as it faded. At that point there were only two orange lights. The distance between them wasn't changing but they had lined up, one behind the other, so I still thought I might be seeing a triangle, only from a side view. Then the lead light began pulling further ahead of the other, gaining distance as they both disappeared into a heavy cloud bank."

PORT SAINT LUCIE, FL. April 29, 8:50 P.M. "I also saw the orange lights at the same time (8:50PM) as the Greenacres report for Friday, April 29th. I live in Port Saint Lucie. When I happened to look up I saw two orange lights in the North sky just under the Big Dipper. I also saw the trail of vapor. After these two orange lights faded out all that was left was a bright star (so I thought). This star then divided in two with the upper lights staying still while the lower one was moving down a bit. The top one flared into a sphere shaped light like a firework. It then faded out back to a point of light then faded out while the lower one moved down and also faded out as if it were moving away. Weird indeed! My two sons also saw it with me. Any one else see this?"

MIAMI, FL. April 29, 10:00 ? P.M. "A few friends and I were at my friends patio at around 10:00pm at Miami Florida. We saw a huge orange almost flame like ball in the sky moving upward with a slight trail of smoke. We all froze as we stared at it and then it changed shape and became three smaller balls of orange light. Then the back one disintegrated (that’s the only word I can use to describe it) and it was just two balls of orange. Then we watched as the other bottom one disintegrated and then just the lead ball remained. It lasted going upward, very brightly for about 3 minutes or so and then it just blew up into a small white ball that looked like dust. We were all amazed and of course talked about it for 2 hours. When I came into work today I just had to look up and see if anyone else had noticed what we all saw that night and to my surprise there was someone in Greenacres which I have no idea where that is saw the EXACT same thing as we did. I just had to let you know that we also saw the very same thing at a different time and at a different location….but I’m sure it was the very same thing. Please update on any more sightings. Craft Hovers, Goes Down in Palm Beach

PALM BEACH FL April 27, 2005 While on duty at 4:30 A.M. a 75 year old security guard at an establishment in Palm Beach. saw an object hovering over him....for about 2 minutes.  It  then darted downwards and disappeared, either into the earth or the ocean. . It had multi-colored lights: red, blue and amber. It was in the direction of the Palm Beach International Airport, but he was sure that it wasn't an airplane.  He does not remember any sound. A check with the police showed no reports of downed aircraft.

UFO Masquerades as Stars

PALM SPRINGS, April 3,2005-- During a pool party at our house on April 3, 2005, at 11:30 AM, one guest remarked about the stars in the bright blue sky. Everyone looked and said it was the Little Dipper constellation. I said that you don't see stars in the daytime, much less one constellation. The eleven "stars" were very bright and 80 degrees north of us. I ran in to get my binoculars, and in the 30 seconds it took me to get back outside, some had disappeared and others were moving. I followed two heading southeast and saw a fuzzy capsule shaped object- still very bright. In the binoculars, it looked like it was "bouncing" and I told our guest so and she said it looked to her like it was going in a straight line. Two Teardrop UFO's Seen

WESTON, March1, 2005 -- The first craft was seen going east toward FLL airport traveling at approximately 200 MPH at about 3,000 feet on March 1, 2005, at 6 PM. There were three lights on the craft that were not blinking. This was followed shortly by another identical craft. Neither one of the aircraft emitted any type of sound. Orlando Round Grey Object

ORLANDO, April 6, 2005. On Wednesday evening, April 6, at approximately 8:55 P.M., I was leaving a beauty shop near the corner of 17 & 92 and 436 where I hold meditation classes. I looked across the street and up in the sky above an abandoned plaza (K-Mart) and spotted a round gray object motionless. It had a mist swirling around it in places and was at least three times the size of a full moon at arm's length and at a height of 500 ft. The mist was heavy at the bottom of it. It remained motionless for a minute and then seemed to be floating. My Mom and nephew got in the car with me and we crossed the street to the empty plaza parking lot to watch it for a minute and then continued on. Another friend had driven past the plaza to the left onto 436 and stopped in front of a Books-a-Million to get another view of it as it moved closer to 436 (remaining at the same altitude). From her angle she could see the bottom of the dome -- it was disc shaped or long off both sides of the portion we were watching. The mist passed and she watched as sparkly lights appeared on the bottom like the glitter she put on my nails (she is one of the owners of the beauty shop and the nail tech.). The lights sparkled for a few seconds and then the whole thing kind of popped and disappeared. I might be able to get the shop owner to draw what she saw.

The sky was clear, no clouds, no moon at that time of night with a scattering of stars. We could see one plane in the sky quite a way off and we watched one helicopter flying in the distance. No other aircraft in the air near this object. It was clear enough and low enough to know this was NOT a blimp. We were in the city and the sky was lit up by city lights with no fog.

We were going to an IHOP on 436 a short distance to eat as we always do and when we got out in the parking lot we searched all over the sky and could not locate the object again. We all felt odd and questioned whether or not we had any missing time while we were meditating but it didn't seem that we had. Still something didn't seem quite right. I have been abducted in the past so I hope they were not watching me for some reason. It kind of felt that way. We are alone in that beauty shop most Wednesday evenings to meditate but only recently noticed some odd lights. This was my Mom's first sighting.

I get a very odd feeling in my head if I realize I have been abducted or an attempt has been made. The others don't feel they were taken or would have been but seem to think they would have been put to sleep if I was gong to be taken. There does seem to be some question there that night but no one can put it into words. We had another party with us but he never saw a thing and we told him to look at it when we were all getting into our cars outside the shop. Isn't that strange?  He believes in them but when we tried to discuss the thing again at IHOP he just kind of dismissed it. That is not like him at all.

Kissimmee Spherical Metallic Object

KISSIMMEE  February 20, 2005-- It was about 10:30 AM, and I was at my job at the Radisson Resort Parkway on the 8th floor of the hotel and was looking out when I noticed a fast moving spherical metallic object that was streaking by on February 20, 2005. It was moving quickly at first, and then slowed down. It was pretty big and I couldn't distinguish it from any other aircraft I've seen before. It was not a balloon; it did not fly erratically like balloons do. It flew in a vertical, controlled speed, and at the same altitude for three minutes. It never floated higher as balloons do.        Clearwater Rotating Lights       

CLEARWATER March 12, 2005 – Agnes reports that on March 12, 2005, around 9:30 PM, she saw two very large off-white circular lights, gliding rather slowly overhead. The lights rotated around one another in a figure 8, about four times, and then faded out completely. Their height was about 1500 feet, and they made no sound. Later, at 10 PM, a large orange/amber light, with a diffuse border and an irregular shape that changed constantly like fire was seen. It was moving in the same direction, at the same height, and with the same speed as the two lights half an hour before it. It also faded out and disappeared. Again, there was no sound. Brown Dot in Ft. Lauderdale

Ft. Lauderdale, March 20, 2005.  In the afternoon, the witness was lying outside by the lake near his Ft. Lauderdale home. He was looking at the sky when he saw an airplane and behind it was a  little brown "dot" which was moving slightly and which suddenly disappeared. The dot looked a little bigger than a star.

One year ago the witness was outside his apartment when he saw a huge light shining on him; when he turned he saw that it had a triangular shape but had no sound.   It appeared to be about the size of a triangle drawn on a compact disk.   It was about the level of  low clouds, probably about 1,000 ft.    

The witness' grandmother in India had seen seven disks which flew over and stopped and then suddenly went away. Two years ago the witness' uncle, also in India had seen a huge light "bigger than the sun" going over.  The witness' aunt was sleeping on the roof when she woke to see a huge disk  going low and slow. Terrified, she ran back down into the house. An uncle also saw this disk. 

Unusual Object Filmed From Boat in Keys

FLORIDA KEYS  March 6, 2005 – The witness reports, “My wife, some friends, and I were pleasure boating about a mile from shore while the sun was setting on March 6, 2005. I started taking pictures of everyone on the boat, not being quite so sure whether or not I was getting enough light because, I had an older digital camera which has auto focus. I was looking at the beautiful sunset, and adjusting my camera. As sun was going down it "flickered" or got slightly brighter. I took photos and saw a tail in the sky that I thought was probably a jet flying at a high altitude but it just stayed stationary so I took another picture of it.

I wasn't able to tell much about the exact shape of the object that "flickered." At the time, it looked like it had a side or two that were actually "edges." I showed my wife how the cloud was changing, but not moving, and that it looked like it had an edge, but she refuses to accept anything other than clouds.

I also wanted to make sure it wasn't my camera playing tricks on me, so I sat on the edge of the boat, and took another shot at the strange "edged" cloud, except this time, I turned the camera sideways. This way, I was sure to get it both angles. What amazed me was one of the pictures shows it turn to 3 sides, and then another showing an almost "squared off" appearance with even 4 sides!

When I got home and downloaded all of the shots, I was blown away by what I had found. Earlier in the afternoon before I even saw any of this stuff, I decided to get some shots of the sun, clouds, water, etc. Another big surprise...to the left side of the picture, I could clearly make out an outline of an object that was in the same color as the clouds, but was clearly shaped with edges of "cloud" color/cover.

Royal Palm Beach Spinning Silver Football

ROYAL PALM BEACH February 23, 2005   -- We saw a silver spinning football shaped object going across the sky on February 23, 2005, at 6 PM. I thought it was a large Mylar football balloon at first, but it was moving horizontally and spinning in a clockwise direction. My daughter saw a light flashing on it, but it looked to me like the sun reflecting as it spun pretty quickly. It was silver in color and flew across the sky and then up. Auburndale Pear-Shaped Tumbling Object

AUBURNDALE   March 3, 2005– The witness was driving west on SR/CR 92 and saw jets in the sky with contrails contrasting with the bright golden/pink remaining skylight from the sunset on March 3, 2005, about 6:45 PM. He states, “As I watched some jets, a closer and brighter object tumbled in place approximately 1000 feet up.” I say tumbled because the object appeared pear shaped only if you took a knife and cut the very top of the pair off giving it a flat top. The bottom half of the object was an extremely bright reddish orange glow that I only saw on its bottom end as it tumbled.

I pulled the car over and watched it almost disappear except for a faint visual of the object in its position until its wider brighter part rotated into view. It was stationary in the sky as it tumbled. The body of the object appeared very dark and if I held a dime up an arm’s length it would just have barely covered the object. CLEARWATER  March 12, 2005– The witness reports that on Saturday, March 12, 2005, around 9:30 PM, he saw two very large off-white circular lights, gliding rather slowly overhead. The lights rotated around one another in a figure 8, about four times, and then faded out completely into the perfectly clear night. Their height was about 1500 feet, and they made no sound. Later about 10 PM, a large orange/amber light, with a diffuse border and an irregular shape that changed constantly like fire was seen. It was moving in the same direction, at the same height, and with the same speed as the two lights half an hour before it. It also faded out and disappeared. Again, there was no sound.

Tavares Cylinder

TAVARES February 12, 2005– The observer saw a cylindrical object with small white and red lights, moving toward his position and then disappearing five times on February 23, 2005, at 6 PM.  The lights were very bright. The object appeared and seemed to move toward my direction and then it suddenly vanished. This happened four times. I then asked my co-worker to come and see this and he came out and witnessed the last episode. I waited to see if it would happen again and it did not. Shiny Sphere

TALLAHASSEE – The witness noticed a flying jet way up leaving a vapor trail at 7:30 AM, and maybe a 1,000 feet above it was a round perfect sphere, silver, and very shiny. The reason it caught my eye was because it was leaving no vapor trail at all, and it wasn't flying formation with the jet , except it would move side to side a little. Silver Object Becomes Light, Appears and Disappears

Lakeland, FL. January 21, 2005, 5:10 P.M. I was driving the car south on South Florida Ave. At one of the stoplights, I began to watch incoming planes to our  small airport.     The first was a small familiar jet, followed by a second plane that was an older model around W.W.II era. After the second plane flew into the airport area, I noticed a large, round silver object in the sky. It changed to a bright light and maintained the same size. (Holding up a pencil at arms length, the first light was the size of the eraser end of the pencil) The light 'imploded' -disappeared. At the second stoplight, the light returned but was smaller. It also imploded - disappeared. At the third stoplight, the light returned and was smaller than the second time. It also imploded - disappeared. Immediately following: The familiar military jet flew overhead above the area of the sighting at its familiar high altitude. Two days later, driving the same way, I saw the familiar military jet flying very low and creating a circular trail with its exhaust around the area of the sighting. It then performed an unusual maneuver of circling the area and turning back the other way. They always fly in a linear fashion across the sky so that is also why I took note.

I spoke to the Flight Safety Man and today with the secretary of the President for our Sun N Fun Flight. They both told me that there isn't an experimental plane with a large light that suspends in the air like what I described. The aircraft for the Sun N Fun don't come in until next month.  Before the sighting: earlier that day, I had a high frequency to the right ear with pain and a nose bleed. [ The witness says she has been experiencing a constant stream of activity for the last 2 years.]

Disc-Like Object

LAKE WALES January 24, 2005-- We were on Highway 60 near River Ranch when we noticed big lights on an object that was a disk with lots of lights (window like) which was moving at 8:10 PM, January 24, 2005. At this same time, I saw bright lights like a half-dozen flares that sparked and then were gone. In addition there were little lights flashing all over that area. We pulled off the highway in a safe place, and got out the binoculars and by the time he got them adjusted, the disk-like object was gone. However, I still saw the bright lights (a second time), and the little lights dancing were all over the sky. It looked like the top of a very wide oil refinery tank with lights mounted around the top edge of the tank. Thanks to Peter Davenport Director www.ufocenter.com
