Officer Ken Storch UFO incidents are not reported because officers face loss of credibility, stress and ridicule from peers.

Friend Tom Mobay told him a story after 3 years. It was near Colorado 285 Mobay said " I saw beings." Report came to him that someone was trying to steal a horse and burn a barn. Mobay was called, and saw a UFO as big as a 2 story house above the ground, like two saucers rotating in opposite directions. The beings were upright, had 2 arms, 2 legs, one pointed at the officer. UFO took off. Officer endured much ridicule and stress, causing him to keep silent.

Officer Storch was called to see cattle mutilation, but reports are not often made, because cattle are worth $15,000 and insurance will not pay for cattle mutilations. Around the mutilated cattle there are no predators, flies, or maggots as in other dead cattle. A drug called ketamine is found on some of the cattle. Narcropsy is often needed, but is very expensive. A good reason to join and support MUFON.

Ted Phillips In his investigation of landing traces, Ted found triangular spaced holes that had 8 to 16 tons of pressure on them. There are now more instances of 1 meter sized traces which occur after smaller objects of this size are seen. About 1,000 objects affect vehicles, some actually changing the color of the paint.

Ted told about the 1957 Delphos KS case of a ground ring in which the farmer’s son, Ron, was feeding his sheep when he heard an odd rumbling noise. He saw the ground ablaze with a very bright glow and when he came out of the shed he saw a mushroom-shaped object with multicolored light that was stationary 5 feet above the ground. The teenager could see a glowing mist falling from the base of the object and stopping one foot above the ground. On the soil beneath he could see a faint circle of fog or haze gathering at ground level. As the object left with a faint sound, Ron lost his vision, but recovered it soon afterward. Two neighbors also saw a brilliant light in the area. The parents who were watching TV experienced 30 minutes missing time. When their son told them of the sighting they went out and found a ring of glowing material which, when touched left their fingers numb. The wife took a picture which clearly shows a puffy bright white ring with a dark center. The ring was tested by laboratories and was found to be coated with an unknown substance. The soil would not absorb water to a depth of 14 inches. The ring is still visible ten years later and nothing would grow on its surface.

The woman was offered $10,000 by Phil Klass to say that she did not see a glowing ring.

Linda Moulton Howe The Visitors could be a "Clear and Present Danger". There have been many missing people and aircraft. Possibly Flight 19 off the coast of Florida many have been taken by aliens because their last transmission was, "They look like they come from outer space." Captain Mantell over and other aircraft have crashed. Leonard Stringfield interviewed a pilot who said, "We lost planes trying to shoot down UFOs and were told to stop shooting them." Between May and July, 1947, more than 600 military and civilian airplanes crashed worldwide. That is an average of 7 crashes a day for 84 days. In El Paso a plane with two star-like objects near it was "vaporized". A cover story was launched that a V-2 rocket from White Sands had gone astray. Within 72 hours of this, the "Juarez incident" 29 airplanes crashed around the world killing 198 people. Dissected human bodies and animal parts were found inside the crashed UFOs in 1947. President Truman was told and a policy of complete denial was put into effect.

Colonel Corso saw the documents in the Pentagon and told Linda that "laser scalpels" were found in crashed non-human aircraft and were eventually back-engineered. Later Col. Corso read classified documents about cattle mutilations in which entire organs were removed without visible trauma to the cell tissue and realized why the aliens used the "laser scalpels.

Marshall Vian Summers In 1982 Marshall said that he underwent a life-changing experience in which he was contacted by an angelic presence and in he 1997 began to receive briefings from the Allies of Humanity, extraterrestrial races which warned him of the Intervention of aliens into human life. The Allies are comprised of a group of individuals from several different worlds gathered at a discreet location in near the Earth for the purpose of observing the alien Intervention that is occurring in our world. They were able to determine the identity, organization, and intentions of those intervening in our world. According to the Allies, the alien races have formed coalitions for the purpose of controlling and using our planet. The Allies say that our world has great biological resources and a strategic position in the universe. While the aliens are neither good nor evil, they are committed to carrying out their own agenda. They do not come to destroy the world, so they have four means of gaining control.

Contact with persons in positions of power and authority, promising them greater power, better technology, and world domination. A few have already been contacted and their numbers are growing.

Manipulation of religious values. Images of religious figures can be projected in an effort to pacify and reeducate people through spiritual persuasion. The aim is to have people become wholly trusting of the greater power they feel is being given to them by the visitors.

Establishment of the aliens’ presence in the world, though not in view. Some of these places have already been constructed. The visitors will take great care that people in allegiance to them will guard and preserve the visitors’ presence.

The interbreeding program. The aliens cannot live here and they need our physical stamina. The offspring, "hybrids", will have blood relations in the world and yet will work for the aliens. They will provide behind the scenes leadership.

The aliens want humanity to work for them. They will promise anything, offer anything to achieve this goal. If humanity should fail in opposing the Intervention, Earth will be mined for its resources, its people will be corralled to work and its rebels will be alienated or destroyed. The management of humanity would be given to those who are bred to lead the human race within a new order. Human freedom as you know it would no longer exist.

As humanity enters the Greater Community of space, we are vulnerable to Intervention. It has happened on other worlds. We must rely on Knowledge, the greatest force in the universe, which the visitors do not use. It is our only hope.
