Dianne's Disappearing Nasal Implant

June 2007

"Well, I don’t know what to think about this.  The other evening Ned and I were both restless and kept getting up – just as I am tonight as you can see it is after 2 am.   At one point I thought I was having allergies and my nose was runny.  I got up to take a natural remedy in the form of a drink.  So as not to disturb Ned I went in to our daughter’s bathroom to wipe my nose – not blow it.  The right side hurt – an actual pain just inside the nostril.  I stuck my little finger just inside to feel what could be there as there was some pressure.  I did not think there was anything there but when I pulled my finger back I was startled to realize something was coming out as I removed my finger.  It was pure white and the shape of a half moon;  it was like hard plastic when I first tried to bend it and was shaped to fit the inside of my nose is curved inside.  I could bend it with pressure.  I rinsed it off in water and when I did it became much more pliable so I stood there playing with the thing – where was my brain? (of course where is your brain when these things are happening).  Within a few seconds it became even softer, and softer yet until I could fold it in half and then could roll it in to a ball.  It remained pure white.   Now the size of a pea, I unrolled it and it took its original size.  I rolled it up again and this time it had a very unusual texture – one I cannot describe properly.  Somewhere between wet paper and Styrofoam but not really.  This time when I rolled it up the object got smaller and smaller and just disappeared leaving no residue or feeling sticky or otherwise on my fingers.  Just like it was never there.   I then tasted to see if it had flavor – no – none at all.  My nose did not feel right and continued to run clear liquid for another two hours before stopping."

"I went to bed and dozed off.  I am not sure of the time but woke up again when Ned got up and came out to the computer saying he could not sleep.  I put the TV on with no sound to watch the news strip run at the bottom of the CNN channel.  The rest of the room was dark.  The area where I had entities enter the room before seemed to have a fog forming and I felt very uncomfortable.  I was on my back looking over my head at the door thinking I should get up and go out to Ned but did not do that.  I also realized what was happening and knew I was going to be visited after a very long absence.   I kept fighting in my mind not to fall asleep – not a natural sleep because they were causing (a kind of drugged feeling) it. I could see the outline of the figure against the door.  I fell asleep and woke up the next morning.  I don’t remember what happened or how I returned if I was taken.  I told Ned and he said he had fallen asleep at the computer – he has done that before when he can’t sleep in bed and then wakes up later to come in to bed again."
